The way we work has transformed in the last 18 months. The shift away from the 9-to-5 and the traditional office was happening long before a global pandemic accelerated this change. How in a workplace that has become defined by remote working, dispersed and hybrid teams do we 'make work work' for everyone?

We will delve into understanding how to enable connection when we’re not all in the same place, how to build trust and understanding and how to ensure that everyone feels included regardless of where they choose to work. Taking a future focused approach that questions and disrupts tradition we will explore how we can ensure that workplace communities are amazing places for everyone.

Join Helen Denny, Lucy Gower and our guest speaker Rachel Atkinson and learn:

  • How to approach transitioning to a mix of office and remote working
  • The three vital ingredients to make your workplace happy and productive
  • Practical tips and tools that you can action straight away.

Join us for this engaging networking event on Thursday 25th November, 6pm-8pm.
