Do you ever feel overwhelmed that you’re juggling so many priorities that you’re never going to be able to get everything done?
Do you ever say yes to something and then immediately regret it?
Do you struggle to say 'no'?
Often at work we default to saying 'yes' and overloading ourselves, we get stressed out as we reprioritise and struggle to make deadlines. Sometimes we say 'yes' because it’s an exciting new opportunity, sometimes because it feels easier to say 'yes' and worry about it later, and sometimes it’s because saying 'no' feels rude, unhelpful, and you’re worried that it will impact on your relationship with the person asking.
Being able to confidently and clearly say 'no' within our professional lives matters, whether it’s turning down work, or saying 'no' to our boss or our colleagues.
Join us on Thursday 13 May at 6 pm to learn the power of saying 'no' and why it matters.
Saying 'no' can help you to look after your own wellbeing, manage overwhelm and focus on the activities that will help you to make the most impact.
Join Joseph Trodden, our invited speaker, Helen Denny, founder at Not9to5 and Lucy Gower, founder at Lucidity on Thursday 13 May and learn:
