What is the Insights Discovery system?
The Insights Discovery learning system is built on Dr Carl Jung’s pioneering work 'Psychological Types' in which he introduced the concept of preferences in 1921.
Our understanding of these preferences is fundamental to the way we communicate and build relationships with others.
The Insights Discovery system uses four distinct colour energies which we can apply in our working life to help us understand why we behave in the way we do, and why other people might behave differently.

Jo Stone will be running this 2-hour workshop on 18 August at 11 am and all registrants will receive a link to a pre-learning e-module in advance. The pre e-learning module should take around 20-30 minutes to complete.
In this practical workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding of others and will be able to improve your own approach to connecting with stakeholders, customers and colleagues in both a face-to-face and virtual environment.

Meet Jo
Having qualified as a transformational coach, Jo set up her coaching practice, Stepping Stones Ltd. She is also a qualified licensed Insights Discovery practitioner and runs a group coaching Insights Discovery programme and bespoke team/one-to-one coaching programmes.
Jo works with individuals and teams using coaching and the Insights Discovery Model to make them more effective and achieve better results.
She gets teams and leaders to optimise their performance through deeper self-awareness. By truly understanding what motivates them, how they communicate, interpret information and make decisions individuals and teams work better, smarter and collaborate effectively.
