You are right! In my experience of facilitating peer groups, I meet many professionals who get stuck due to lack of support and feeling isolated.
It’s hard working alone to bring your big dreams into focus, prioritise the steps that will get you there fastest, and stay on track amid distractions.

What others have asked before applying to the Lucidity Accelerator Programme
Why do I have to book a call?
We want to make sure that everyone in the programme is a good fit with both the process we are following and with the other group members. The initial call isn’t an interview, so don’t worry. It’s there to ensure that everyone has a great experience working together on the programme.
What if I can’t make all the sessions?
You need to be able to attend at least five of the six group sessions. Why? Because if you’re not there we can’t help you and your peers will miss out on your valuable input. So to get the group dynamic buzzing and to make sure everyone gets the most out of the programme you need to be able to commit to this.
What if I change my mind?
Part of the power of this programme is the group dynamic that develops over months – we become each other’s biggest cheerleaders. If someone drops out then it can be disheartening for the rest of the team.
To reduce the risk of this happening, we ask that everyone commits to completing the full six months before paying. For this reason, we don’t offer refunds on the Lucidity Accelerator Programme.
Can I get my organisation to cover the cost of the programme?
Your organisation may pay for this programme as part of a continuing Professional Development budget. We can arrange an invoice for you, if this is the case. However, many professionals make a personal investment in their career by paying for a programme such as this themselves. This may be particularly relevant if you're considering changing organisation or industry as you move up or thinking of starting your own business.
Can I pay in installments?
You can take advantage of a payment plan for this programme with a 50% upfront payment and the remaining payment 30 days after signing up.
